General Health Protocols:
Staff and guests must follow all health and safety protocols as directed by local authorities
Guests must bring an antigen or PCR test results stating negative for COVID-19
Guests body temperature will be checked upon arrival
Guests with a fever of 37,3 Celcius degrees or higher, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms will be directed to the nearest health facility for medical examination
Staff and guests must wear a face mask during interactions in common area
Face masks for guests available
We provide a thermometer for guest use
Shared stationery (e.g. printed menus, magazines, pens, paper) removed
Hand sanitizer available in guest rooms and common areas
First aid kits available

Cleanliness & Disinfection:
Guest rooms disinfected between stays
Linens, towels, and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines
Guests have the option to cancel any cleaning services for their accommodation during their stay
Common areas are regularly sanitized before and after guest use

Staff and guests must practice physical distancing during interactions in common area
Surfing Health Protocols:
Guides and instructors sanitize their hands prior to meeting with guests
Daily temperature checks (using a non-contact thermometer) will be made upon arrival for all staff. Pacific Surf School will send home staff with a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher, cough or other COVID-19 symptoms.
Surf guides, instructors, and guests must practice physical distancing and wear a face mask during on-land interactions
Face masks can be removed before entering water
Surfboards, wetsuits, and rash guards sanitized regularly before and after use
